Rich County Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Rich County Released Inmates. Visiting or using the site means accepting them. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

Rich County Released Inmates is privately owned and unaffiliated with any government, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents. It organizes Rich County and Utah custody and release sources and may connect visitors with outside research tools.

Outside Resources

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections sites, government portals, legal-aid sources, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site is not responsible for another service's content, data practices, or availability. Review the destination's terms.

No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without a promise of:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current information.
  • Continuous access.
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, or security flaws.
  • Complete partner-search results.

Custody and public records change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from a sheriff or government agency.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for losses or damages arising from access, reliance, or inability to use the service.

User Indemnification

A user agrees to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, use, or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material
